Highlights

As a model for the Woodley-Wardman, the Wardman House was designed to represent the characteristics of its neighboring project. Four all-new luxury condominiums on a tranquil residential street just off Connecticut Avenue in the heart of historic Woodley Park. Ranging from one- to three-bedrooms plus studio, the unit mix will appeal to a broad range of buyers.

Neighborhood

Set on a tranquil, residential side street two blocks from the Metro in the historic Woodley Park neighborhood, one of Washington’s original streetcar suburbs. Nearby commercial districts in Woodley Park and Cleveland Park offer local retailers, fine restaurants and fun cafes and bars. Within a few blocks: the historic Uptown Theater, the National Zoo, the Woodley Park station on Metro’s Red line, Rock Creek Park and Rock Creek Parkway. And Dupont Circle and Adams Morgan are less than ten minutes’ walking distance away.
