Highlights
The project, previously known as The Jordan Flats consists of six 4-unit buildings located along West Virginia Avenue in the Gallaudet Park neighborhood. A troubled asset at 30% complete, the 24-unit project was taken over by MMG Development in 2009. The company re-designed the units and repositioned the project to accommodate two-bedroom/two bathroom buyers.
Re-branded The Jordan, the project was re-designed from the inside out by MMG Development and was completed by MMG Construction, a Murillo Malnati Group Company.

Located adjacent to the world renown Gallaudet University on West Virginia Avenue, The Jordan is just a few blocks from New York Avenue-Florida Avenue-Gallaudet University Metro Station.
