As each project represents its own set of challenges, our development team for each development project consists of professionals from the fields of architecture, legal, historic preservation, land use and engineering to navigate the complex nuances of building a successful project.
Our 30+ years of locally-based experience is used to effectively negotiate with the multiple stakeholders in the entitlement process. We resolve challenges including obtaining zoning approvals working with Advisory Neighborhood Commissions, the BZA cases, the HPRB, the Office of Planning and the DC Zoning Commission.
